CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.
Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .
Deliverables
The following experimental data will be generated to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying cellfate transition during plant grafting1 Microscopic data Data format will be mainly in czi which can be opened by imaging softwares such as Zeiss ZEN FIJI Imaris etc The volume of individual data will be in MB2 Transcriptomic data RNAseq data The raw data format will be in fasta The normalised data will be in xlsx and can be opened by microsoft Excel The volume of raw data will be in GB and of the xlsx format will be in MB The transcriptomic data may have longterm value and thus will be shared with research community upon publication of the study3 Experimental measurements of grafting assays in various genetic backgrounds The data will be mainly in xlsx format and the size will be in KB or MBIn addition of generating transcriptomic data the existing data published by other researchers open access may also be utilised for the study The generated data will be useful for the research community to better understand cellfate transition and plant graft formationAll the research data generated and stored will be managed in accordance with the findable accessible interoperable and reusable FAIR principles until data is archived and published
The research will be communicated to the society by various means: 1. Media press release in newspapers and channels with the help of SLU press and communication office to target non-specialized audience. 2. Publish on SLU Biocentrum website in both Swedish and English to reach to the broader audience. 3. Upload as educational videos to the SLU’s YouTube channel. 4. Participate in yearly International Fascination of Planets Day (initiated by EPSO) and discuss the research to the broad audience. 5. Publish the work in social media such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.The research will be disseminated to the scientific communities through the following ways1. Publications in high profile journals2. Presentation of work in international scientific conferences and seminars.
