Deliverables

D7.3 First year risk management plan (opens in new window)

BS will prepare the risk management report for the first year of the project. The goal of this document is to allow the Project Management Team to accurately and timely try to avoid unwanted risks and, as necessary, take action in mitigating or applying corrective measures to control potential negative effects to the project. This report is the outcome of the Task7.2.

D7.2 Data management plan prepared and maintained (opens in new window)

To improve and maximise access to and re-use data generated by the PSIONIC project, BS will elaborate a detailed Data Management Plan (DMP). The DMP will outline how the different project data will be collected and how these will be handled during and after the project, focusing on the data collection methodology and data sharing issues. The revised version towards the end of the project will be delivered. This report is the outcome of the Task7.3.

D6.2 First Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation Plan (opens in new window)

This first master plan describes the action plan regarding dissemination and exploitation of PSIONIC results, innovations and concepts, together with progress on communications activities. The document includes all the information needed to facilitate the communication efforts of the PSIONIC project partners. The mapping of stakeholders at European, national and local levels, list of relevant events, timing of communication and dissemination activities, media channels, etc are detailed. The plan along with the strategy is largely based on what is described in the proposal and GA, but with some refinements arising from business model work. It is based on use of an IPR registry, and a clear distinction between dissemination, exploitation and communication. A list of the project’s KERs (Key Exploitable Results) is provided. This document is the outcome of Task 6.1 and Task 6.2

D6.1 Report on project identity and website (opens in new window)

The report covers the development of the project brand and visual identity. In order to make the project visible and increase its impacts, the consortium creates PSIONIC identity and develops the associated communication tools (video, website, social media accounts etc). This document is the outcome of Task 6.1.

D7.1 Project method and activity plan (opens in new window)

This document represents the project management handbook that contains all related information for running the PSIONIC project. By giving an overview of the objectives, activities, owners in the main part, the handbook summarises all regulations and guidelines regarding PSIONIC project management structures and procedures, aggregating some useful information from the Grant Agreement and its annexes and the Consortium Agreement where relevant. This report is the outcome of the Task7.1.

D6.4 Mid-term Communication and Dissemination Plan (opens in new window)

The second document contains amendments to the first PSIONIC DisseminationPlan, which aims to describe the measures proposed by the PSIONIC consortium to disseminate the mid term project results and communicate on its activities. These actions take into consideration a variety of communication channels and target groups and presents a draft plan for how partners would enable promote project activities and results. This document is the outcome of the Task 6.1.
