D3.2 will deliver the LLs’ ABMs. The deliverable will detail the agent-based modelling activities employed to provide strategic recommendations to real-life stakeholder strategies and input to the LLs DTs implementation. It will describe the interconnections and complementarities between HUMAT and MASS-GT models (inputs/outputs), describe the calibration and validation of the LLs’ ABM and the simulation scenarios for the LLs.
AI-driven models and services (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)D3.3. will deliver the LLs’ and DTs AI services, and specifically will deliver AI-driven models (Predictive Demand Modelling, Dynamic routing, Dynamic service pricing and booking) that will be employed in the LLs and DT applications.
Collaboration Governance Ledger and Smart Contracts (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)D3.1 will setup the Blockchain infrastructure and implement a distributed blockchain-based and privacy-preserving identity management scheme rooted on Blockchain. It will also define the consensus protocols, design and deploy the Smart Contracts for Wave 1 LLs.
Demonstrator and report on user acceptance/lessons learned. D2.5 will describe the operation of a Hub and Spoke delivery model supported by Digital Twins. The LL will demonstrate the installation of micro-hubs/micro-consolidation lockers and the application of AI-enabled dynamic routing and fleet management. The deliverable will document the specifications for efficient operations, fleet and infrastructure details, user stories involving all stakeholders, the LL DT models, a detailed implementation plan, measurements during operation in real life settings and lessons learned to be considered in replication of Hub and Spoke delivery model.
Bologna Demonstrator (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Demonstrator and report on user acceptance/lessons learned. D2.3 will describe the requirements for the setup and operation of Nearby Delivery Areas (NDAs) in collaboration with local authorities and business stakeholders, including the constraints and measures for the transition to PI-enabled last mile deliveries. It will include detailed requirements for the NDA’s location definition, digitalisation requirements and configuration of infrastructure, fleet details, user stories involving all stakeholders, the LL DT models and optimisation algorithms, a detailed implementation plan, measurements during operation in real life settings and lessons learned to facilitate replication and scale up.
Helsinki Demonstrator (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Demonstrator and report on user acceptance/lessons learned. D2.2 will describe the results of collaboration with local authorities on the constraints and measures for the efficient introduction of ADVs in last mile delivery. It will include detailed requirements and user stories, the LL DT models, a detailed implementation plan including the operational zone definition and operational parameters, fleet details, measurements during execution in real life settings and lessons learned for future adoption and scale up.
Valladolid Demonstrator (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Demonstrator and report on user acceptance/lessons learned. D2.4 will describe the requirements for last mile delivery operations with a fleet of fully electric vehicles including cargo e-bikes, urban electric vans and urban electric pick-up. The LL will demonstrate dynamic e-routing to minimize energy consumption and maximize energy harvesting, V2V, V2G and V2I communications, and collaborative delivery. It will include specifications for vulnerable road users’ safety, fleet details, user stories involving all stakeholders, the LL DT models, a detailed implementation plan, measurements during operation in real life settings and lessons learned for wide adoption.
Report on the assessment of solutions, user acceptance tests, KPI measurements across LLs, learning conclusions and reusable results (models). The report will consolidate stakeholder clustering in each Lighthouse LL city, based on agent-based scenario modelling, considering social, environmental and economic criteria.
URBANE framework for optimised green last mile operations (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This report consolidates the results of T1.1, T1.2 and T1.3, describes the principles and prerequisites of PI-inspired urban logistics operational models and clearly sets the strategic priorities and direction of URBANE. It also describes efficient collaboration schemes for city logistics ecosystems, including incentives and policy measures along within a data sharing governance framework.
Report monitoring engagement mechanisms and planned activities. A detailed ‘plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities’ will be provided on M6 and will be periodically updated in alignment with the project’s progress. The progress of the activities will be reported as integral parts of the periodic reports on M18 and M30. The final Dissemination and Communications Activities report will include the summary of all related activities.
