This deliverable includes T5.1 results which synthesizes the functional and non-functional requirements from the pilots and qualifies the experience to be rendered to users during interactive situations.

D4.2 provides extensive analysis and guidance on implementing the ethical and legal requirements stemming from the relevant frameworks identified D4.1

CORTEX² Impact Master Plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Document defining dissemination, exploitation and communication plans, outlining the target groups and their segments. The report will include a description of the project website and social media. This is a compulsory deliverable in Horizon Europe GA

D4.1 consists of mapping the ethical and legal requirements to be taken into account by the Consortium partners in the project's conception phase.

D4.3 provides a legal evaluation report assessing the implementation of identified ethical and legal requirements, including policy recommendations to the EU legislator and policymakers.

Validation of psychological and social factors in pilots (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

D4.5 provides a report about the key psychological and social factors to be consider in the three pilots (industrial cooperation, training, and business meeting) to optimize the feasibility and applicability of CORTEX² in real use cases.

Pilot 2 implementation and validation assessment: training (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Fully running prototype of T5.4 in lab, embedding a validated XR render environment for training pilot whichembrace various types of training involving similar devices and objects. The deliverable will also contain anevaluation report gathering the assessment of the pilot regarding the technical, economical, ecological andsociological impact of the solution.

Documentation of the actions and outcomes achieved concerning the measures to maximise impact during the second period of the project, having D6.1 as the baseline. Full running prototype of T5.5 in lab, embedding a validated XR render environment for business meeting that canbe adapted to other meeting configurations and audience involving similar devices and objects. The deliverablewill also contain an evaluation report gathering the assessment of the pilot regarding the technical, economical,ecological and sociological impact of the solution.

Collaborative environment models for extended reality (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

This deliverable compiles in a single document the knowledge about immersive collaboration environment described in T2.1 and T2.2 to provide a robust and automatically exploitable structured information.

Pilot 1 implementation and validation assessment: Industrial remote cooperation (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)

Full running prototype of T5.3 in lab, embedding a validated XR render environment for industrial remotecooperation that can be tuned for other industrial applications involving similar devices and objects. Thedeliverable will also contain an evaluation report gathering the assessment of the pilot regarding the technical,economical, ecological and sociological impact of the solution.
