Risk management and quality assurance plan (opens in new window)

To manage and support the project Quality Control, a documented Quality Assurance Plan will be set up and maintained to monitor all deliverables before finalising them. The deliverable also contains a detailed risk analysis and contingency planning as well as a description of the risk management procedures throughout the project lifetime.

Dissemination and Exploitation Strategy (opens in new window)

The Strategy is a living document that will characterise the main solutions and its application across Eu-rope.

Communication Plan, initial verson (opens in new window)

The Communication Plan (M2, M12, M24) will contain the CommuniCity Communication Strategy, Monitoring, Visual Toolbox and GDPR concerns, and will be updated regularly in order to follow the project’s communication trends and to adapt the best practices identified. Most importantly, the Plan will establish internal processes amongst the project partners in order to ensure the visibility of the project’s communication activities and to engage the target audiences in an inclusive way – e.g by taking into consideration targeted translation needs.

CommuniCity will, in accordance with the EU policies on proper and responsible data management, set up a Data Management Plan (DMP), following the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and reusable) and the Horizon 2020 Pilot on Open Research Data.

To ensure a consistent implementation of the management of the project, OASC will produce a project procedure handbook that will be easily accessible to all Partners.

This report includes information about technical support provided to pilot solution developer in the adoption of the project toolbox and in the compliance validation of their solutions in respect to project specifications.
