Five local ecosystem engagement events one global dialog session each partner will organize an ecosystem engagement event in which the initial results of research will be presented This event will enable the discussions between representatives from startups SMEs government investor networks etc in Israel Italy France Portugal and a represented CEE country The roundtable results will provide insights about the maturity level and the needs of the local ecosystems and as an extension offer key foundational information and highlight key points that should be considered for the development of the EU SDG driven innovation ecosystem plan so as to meet local needs and address local ecosystems challenges The GSG will host an international roundtable discussion discussing the results and sharing the knowledge of research
State of play in partner and CEE countries report This document will report the findings of the different research activities that will be conducted in 5 innovation ecosystems and synthesise them into a comprehensive state of play report
EU SDG driven innovation ecosystem final plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Task 4.3 Plan delivery process. Lead partner: IFIE will lead this task and prepare the design thinking workshop and all partners will be involved by engaging with relevant stakeholders within their ecosystems. IFIE will develop and plan to be shared and disseminated by GSG and partners in relevant outlets as described in WP3.Delivery involves testing out different solutions at small-scale, rejecting those that will not work and improving the ones that will. In this phase we will share a plan developed in T4.2 with relevant stakeholders within Israel, Italy, France, Portugal and CEE countries, the EU and other GSG countries. The different inputs will be collected and integrated into the final plan with consultancy and guidance of strategic consultancy and then disseminated to all parties in the framework of WP3 in the variety of dissemination and outreach tools mentioned above.

Dissemination toolkit and projects section on IFIE and GSG website GSG will allocate a section on the main website in order to inform update on planning progress and share relevant news events activities and knowledge to educate relevant stakeholders on EU SDG driven innovation ecosystems
Electronic newsletters (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Electronic newsletters - Project Lead will update quarterly on project progress and provide information on the high-level aspect and on all activities and progress of consortium members. In addition, consortium members will utilize their electronic newsletter platform and social media to update on the project as part of the Horizon EU initiative and provide ongoing updates, news, share knowledge and information on activities for engagement with local ecosystems and stakeholders.M3, M6, M12, M18, M24
