Periodic Reporting for period 1 - SusPhos (The first economically viable process for phosphate recycling)

The WomenTech funding and support helped the company SusPhos and the CEO Marissa de Boer a lot in the maturity and growth of a strong company. The first work package was focused on strategic expansion of the company. Most of the SusPhos employees have a highly technical background. During the WomenTech EU program, even all employees. Therefore, it was a great opportunity to develop our Business Development in collaboration with the trainings given by the WomenTech EU online as well as the coachings sessions. We got the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Preuss during the coaching sessions. Dr. Preuss has a lot of experience in the chemical industry which helped us during this brainstorm sessions and we even visited a potential customer for SusPhos in the new German market.

The coaching sessions of Dr. Preuss focused on the expansion of SusPhos towards the German market. Germany has a lot of sewage incinerators, our potential customers and partners.
