• Developed a set of user requirements and Pilot Use Cases with distinct classification
• Developed an Assessment methodology to validate the user requirements
• Developed the Architecture of the EURMARS platform and the EURMARS Components (multiple versions to incorporate feedback received) to bring innovation in maritime surveillance
• Developed the EURMARS platform enabling multi-sensor multi-authority operation (ground sensors, HAPs, UAVs, satellites, external sources)
• Received contribution from end-users regarding their Operating Procedures, created a list of Common Operating Procedures and designed the Decision Support System
• Established the baseline for the validation of the piloting activity
• Created the Blueprints for the Pilot Demonstrations
• Established a Physical Living Lab in Bulgaria, organized two physical workshops (engaging assets of the Bulgarian navy and coast guard, accomplishing 2 multiple-day recordings of real operational data)
• Established an external Advisory Board to receive guidance during the project
• Established an external Ethics Advisory Board to monitor and consult on the ethics impact
• Set up an infrastructure for the continuous integration and validation of EURMARS platform.
• Used Living Lab’s recorded data for evaluation testing and benchmarking
• Recorded the feedback from technology providers regarding their technologies’ capability after testing
• Received feedback from end-users regarding the final prototype of the EURMARS platform
• Interacted and integrated stakeholders’ feedback -representing various audiences- to refine the project's strategic focus.
