The handbook will help policy practitioners and executive managers from different sectors to support and strengthen the implementation of DV policies.

Factors leading to low reporting and non-access to services

The report maps the structural and cultural factors influence low reporting of DV and obstacles for accessing services and support by the victims.

Factors influencing the effectiveness of frontline response and potential solutions

The report displays the factors that undermine or support the implementation of DV policy on combating DV. The report maps country-specific priority areas, challenges and solutions that influence the effectiveness of frontline response to DV.

Inventory of solutions as potential enablers of policy implementation

Research report is an inventory about the potentiality of different solutions, tools and procedures to function as enablers for improving and accelerating DV policy implementation.

Handbook on Decision Support Toolkit for FLR managers

The handbook will help managers in FLR organisations to supervise the application of solutions, tools and procedures by the FLRs so that the policy goals can be better achieved.

Response to DV and the victims needs in context of pandemic

The report discusses how COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown measures influenced violence, reporting, access to services and support and the response to DV in various countries and locations. The report also highlights solutions and innovations to circumvent the influence confinement measures.

Barriers, challenges and solutions to DV response: Transferring research findings to training materials

This is an analytical report that presents barriers to report violence and access to services by the victims as well as challenges and solutions to detect and intervene violence by FLRs and how these finding can be transferred and integrated into teaching concepts and methods.

Victims’ mental maps of institutional response to DV and needs regarding AI Chatbot

The report describes victims’ understanding of their situation, victims’ needs and preferences concerning the features in AI Chatbot. The report represents victim-survivors' mental maps about the institutional response to DV.

4 Lessons learned from Workshops

Report presents the main themes of discussions and new insights.

Assessment of the training materials and trainings exercises

The assessment report compiles the central observations from the piloting and testing of training formats, materials and methods in six countries so that they could be used to revise and optimise the Guidebook (D3.2) and the Training platform and material
