Joint report on ‘How to achieve 500 GW of offshore renewables by 2050’ (opens in new window)This deliverable will support delivery of the EU Offshore Renewable Energy Strategy. It will be developed in collaboration with ETIP Ocean, ETIPSNET, the IWG OW, and the IWG on HVDC. The final deliverable will be printed and uploaded to the ETIPs websites.
Gap analysis (opens in new window)This deliverable compares the Horizon Europe Work programme 2023-24 against the ETIPWind 2019 Roadmap. The final deliverable will be an excel table or PDF file.
Annual Wind Energy Competitiveness Report 2 (opens in new window)This deliverable tracks the progress wind R&I expenditure as well as other relevant competitiveness indicators. The final deliverable will be a slide deck in PDF format.

Plan for communication dissemination and exploitation activities (opens in new window)The project will detail the tools and strategies to enhance the platform’s impact and visibility in a ‘Communication and Dissemination Plan’. Examples of this include bilateral meetings with policymakers, increased presence in social media, targeted emails at established intervals (e.g. bi-monthly), more audio-visual material, and interactive websites.

Contribution to annual SET-Plan report 1 (opens in new window)Each year the Secretariat will prepare, coordinate, and submit the IWG OW’s contribution to the SET-Plan annual progress report.
Minutes of the SC and IWG OW meetings (opens in new window)The minutes of the SC meetings will also be uploaded (in full) to the ETIPWind website at least two weeks after each meeting. The IWG meeting minutes will be shared with meeting participants. All meeting minutes will be made available to the European Commission at the end of the project.
This will be a hybrid event and serve as the launch event for the Roadmap. It aims to have the high-level representatives from the European Commission (Director), national ministries (Director-General), industries (CTOs) and academia (Head of) as speakers. The event will include additional representatives of public authorities, industry, and academia. The event will be recorded and uploaded to the ETIPWind website.
Event with new representatives of the EU Institutions (opens in new window)This will be a physical event in Brussels to accommodate the agendas of newly appointed policymakers in EU institutions. The event will disseminate factsheet 2.

These reports will inform stakeholders on the progress of the groups in their deliverables. The event will be recorded and uploaded to the ETIPWind website.
Workshop 3 (opens in new window)This will be a physical event to provide the interaction and quality of discussion necessary to input into the Roadmap and to further disseminate the SRIA during the finalization of the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2024-25.
Kick-off event (opens in new window)This will be a hybrid event to launch the project. It will have at least 40-60 physical participants plus 50 online participants, with at least 10% policymakers, 33% industry and 33% academia. The event will be recorded and uploaded to the ETIPWind website. It will communicate and validate the new ETIPWind work programme and disseminate the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2023-24.
Workshop 2 (opens in new window)"This will be a physical event to provide the interaction and quality of discussion necessary to input into factsheet #2. It will showcase industry’s readiness to submit projects linked to the SRIA priorities through pitch sessions."
