It will contextualize the regulatory framework and market status, it will consider the regional characteristics associated with digital services and enabling technology adoption, including new operators in the digital market, use cases, best practices and gaps. It will also include the social dimension capturing education, knowledge, social acceptance/adverse to technology, and further cultural elements which define uptake success or failure.Intermediate reports are made available in M12 and M20

Additionally, a specific section will include the material co-created communication and dissemination material/activities to reach out towards other policy makers, regulations and DSO’s, as well as material for gaining momentum within their organizations to ensure an effective and wider uptake.A first version is provided in M28
