Deliverables

Project Management Plan (opens in new window)

The PMP includes the mechanisms employed to manage the operation of the project, ensuring effective communication between partners. It includes mechanisms for: financial and administrative management, monitoring of contractual obligations and adherence to EC rules and grant agreement; for providing quality assurance along with evaluation of the action, so that the project meets the stated objectives; for monitoring the project progress, outputs and impact according to the original plan and timeframe, as well as identifying and mitigating risks, and undertaking corrective actions as necessary; the work plan and activities calendar.

Research project plan (opens in new window)

A detailed research methodology and timeline, establishing the criteria for comparative analysis, and ensuring that research tasks are completed timely and to the required quality, while supporting the research team to carry out their work, enabling access to data and research subjects, and managing operations for research work, including field work.

Evaluation Plan (opens in new window)

An evaluation plan will be developed at the start of the project and implemented throughout its duration to ensure that agreed evaluation methods are adopted by all partners and all activities meet the set quality standards. The evaluation methods will be designed to transparently assess the achievement of results and impacts, and performance of activities. The evaluation methods will include quantitative and qualitative tools to measure the indicators and targets listed in tables 2a and 2b, analysis of processes, outputs and outcomes.

Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan (opens in new window)

Production of the DECP and the organisation and implementation of all related desk-based activities, including the design, set up and continuous update of the project’s website and social media profiles, the release of the project blog, press releases and production of scientific and non-academic publications.

Project Research Framework (opens in new window)

Will focus on fostering UCY’s capabilities to develop a comprehensive research framework. With support and guidance from the leading institutions, the overall framework of the project will be produced, enhancing and strengthening the links between WP2, WP3 and WP4 as well as among the different working group studios, ensure appropriate discrete activities and interlinkages between them.

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

DMP including guidelines for preregistration, documentation of changes to project methods, procedures for data capture according to ethical standards and ensuring equity and for release of project data, procedure for publication of open access publications, provisions for IPR protection and exploitation.
