Deliverables
This deliverable provides an initial plan that details activities and strategies for communication, dissemination, and exploitation of project activities and outputs. The plan will be periodically updated throughout the project life, updated versions will be produced in M24 and M36. The last version of the plan (M36) will include the dissemination and exploitation activities that beneficiaries plan to implement in a period up to 4 years after the end the project.
Report on doctoral and (post)doctoral training (opens in new window)The report highlights the progress made in implementing HRS4R UMB Action Plan for the implementation of HRS4R in the area of doctoral and postdoctoral education and summarizes RTAs (at least 5).
Impact report outwards (opens in new window)This deliverable reports on the impact of the project focused outwards. First version of the report will be produced in M24 and the final version in M36.
Progress report (opens in new window)The progress report will be the basis for the interim review meeting.
Final public report (opens in new window)This deliverable is the public version of the final report on the project activities and final results. These deliverables are in addition to contractual reports to the European Commission.
Report on bridging the Ivory Tower gap toolkit (opens in new window)This deliverable report on the Ivory bridge workshop, Find an Expert Database, and Policy Engagement Dialogues.
Internal policy outputs (opens in new window)Policy outputs at the internal level (UMB internal directives, guidelines, etc.) related to the implementation of HRS4R and strengthening the research management capacities and administrative skills of the UMB staff.
Impact to scientific discourse (opens in new window)This deliverable provides an overview of published articles in journals and books, presented papers, or participation of the BRRIDGE partners at conferences and symposia. The deliverable monitors impact to scientific discourse and also contemplates disseminating research output on non-academic outlets for policy makers and the general audience.
Report on Empowering democracy through learning (opens in new window)This deliverable reports on learning activities that empower democracy, including OERs and guidance for its further exploitation.
Peer-reviewed publications (opens in new window)At least 12 peer-reviewed publications will be published in internationally recognized and leading journals as an output of BRRIDGE project activities. Peer-reviewed publications will be co-authored by representatives of at least two project partners, with involvement of UMB researchers.
Report on dissemination, exploitation and communication (opens in new window)This deliverable summarises the exploitation, dissemination, and communication activities and their main achievements. It will be submitted annually as an internal report, including a record of the activities carried out in the reporting period and those planned for the next one. It describes the activities carried out with links to their evidence (presentations, photos, demos, posts, etc.). The last version of the report will be sent to the EC, providing a full overview of the work carried out throughout the project.
At least three key-note lectures from top-class researchers will be organized, with academic presentations, interviews, and individual meetings.
Democracy & Policy Network (opens in new window)This deliverable describes the vision, scope and mission of the Democracy & Policy Network, its structure, bodies, and the plan of its further operation after the project implementation.
This deliverable describes the BRRIDGE website. The first release of the website will be online in month 6, including the public pages and the restricted area for partners. The website will be connected to social media accounts. It will be maintained continuously and updated throughout the lifetime of the project. The deliverable will also include information about the dissemination package: logo and visual identity, document templates, presentation templates, a flyer, a basic slide deck, etc.
