Description of updated implementation scheme after site decision (opens in new window)

The implementation scheme of the EuPRAXIA distributed research infrastructure, as described in the CDR, will be updated after the decision on the second construction site. The update will take into account, amongst others, existing infrastructure and specific needs at the second site. The scheme of work clusters and national excellence centers will be adapted accordingly.

The existing European e-data structures and tools are analysed with respect to the needs of the EuPRAXIA-RI, when it enters full user operation. The basic EuPRAXIA e-data strategy and its alignment with the existing landscape is proposed.

This deliverable will report on the financial and legal models adopted by similar European research infrastructure both within the ESFRI project and outside ESFRI models This will help during the final decision on the legal and financial model to be adopted for the implementation phase Distributed and Single Site research infrastructure in the Physics Science and Engineering Domain will be considered that have been set up in the last 10 years Financial and legal models will be ranked based on economic sustainability and risks associated

Cost Implementation and service preliminary assessment (opens in new window)

A first assessment of the implementation cost and services provided will be reported in this deliverable. This will be refined all along the project life-cycle and will be used as input for the associated WPs related to the definition of the user services and application. The implementation cost will be evaluated considering the standard methodologies in use for research infrastructure (e.g. RAMIRI) and actualization methods will be used. This deliverable is also linked to the deliverable D4.3.

Criteria and methodology for 2nd site selection (opens in new window)

The criteria and methodology for the selection of the second EuPRAXIA construction site will be described in detail, including a description of the application procedure for site candidates.

This deliverable will report on the overall strategic plan for dissemination communication and exploitation with the goal of maximizing the impact of the WP2 and more in general for the whole preparatory phase activities Open Science principles and guidelines will be included It also includes the definition and identification of tools that will be exploited eg brochures website event social media activities together with a sound timing of the implementation in order to provide comprehensive dissemination and communication activities for all the stakeholders involved
