Deliverables

LH Monitoring Plan and overall Impact assessment Second (opens in new window)

Collection of energy, social, environmental and economic data for KPIs calculation from the start of the project until the end of implementation activities (report mechanism and assessment of data gathered) > Task 1.3 - updated version

LH Monitoring Plan and overall Impact assessment First (opens in new window)

Collection of energy, social, environmental and economic data for KPIs calculation from the start of the project until the end of implementation activities (report mechanism and assessment of data gathered) > Task 1.3

LH Monitoring Plan and overall Impact assessment Third (opens in new window)

Collection of energy, social, environmental and economic data for KPIs calculation from the start of the project until the end of implementation activities (report mechanism and assessment of data gathered) > Task 1.3 - updated third version

Citizen and SHs engagement strategy and Codesign model including feedback reports from social activities (opens in new window)

The report will describe the engagement strategy for each demonstrator including objectives, targets, the specific engagement tools, formats, the suggested co-design models, and a roadmap for its implementation. Initial feedback reports will be also analysed.

Decision support system tool including Handbook (opens in new window)

Delivery of the DSS in form of a web-based toolbox, accompanied by a manual (handbook) with input data, output generated, requirements from the users and instructions on its functioning.

Catalogue of best practices solutions (opens in new window)

Catalogue of concrete solutions and a selection method for their optimal combination. The catalogue will help advancing the concept of sustainability in the built environment to a more restorative and regenerative one.

Sustainability and replication roadmap (opens in new window)

Report comprising exploitation strategies and future capacity building for partners. Upscaling and replication plans of LHs, leveraging EHHUR DSS tool and a replication roadmap for other EU cities.

Techno Socio Economic integration analysis of the proposed solutions and dialogue with city context (opens in new window)

The deliverable will define the framework used for feasibility studies development, and analyse the quality of the proposed solutions according to their responses to the integrated instances coming from social, technical and economical issues. A structured analysis will assess how much each solution will be able to produce a meaningful synthesis at architectural and urban level, ready for its further design development

Catalogue of best practices and integrated selection method for public and private financing of urban and building interventions (opens in new window)

The deliverable will contain a catalogue of successfully applied financial instruments, including specific instruments and tools (such as Green-SDG and Thematic Bonds, Energy Performance Contracting, different schemes of ESCo models, impact investments funds, guarantees and risk mitigation instruments, smart energy contracts, etc.)

Guidebook for implementation of tools and financial schemes at LH level (opens in new window)

Consultancy guidelines directed to each LH in order to achieve the best matching (implementation of tools and financial schemes) according to special conditions in each case. > Task 3.4

Optimized codesign process and methodology including feedback reports from social activities (opens in new window)

Based on lessons learnt during the community engagement activities (including feedback reports), the report will present optimised strategy options for future replication

Guidebook for adaptation of technical renovation solutions to characteristics of LHs (opens in new window)

Consultancy guidelines directed to each LH in order to achieve the best matching (technology solutions adapted) according to special conditions in each case, taking into account technical, seasonal, safety, and permissions limitations. > Task 4.4

KPIs definition (opens in new window)

Definition of the energy, social, environmental and economic KPIs. The variables needed for KPIs calculation as well as measurement criteria will be defined. These KPIs will represent the holistic target to capture the implementation of the developed urban renovation methodologies.

Catalogue of engagement tools and codesign models (opens in new window)

The catalogue will provide a menu of engagement tools and co/design methods and models categorised according to different variables including stakeholder type, and final objectives to be achieved
