Report with the social baseline situation of the 4 demosites in terms of social innovation. Diagnosis of the current situation in the 4 different local contexts.

Monitoring programmes for the 4 demos [construction, building operation, LCA, LCC] (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report with the monitoring programmes/plans for the construction (retrofitting) phase and the operation phases of the buildings in the 4 demosites. A construction monitoring programme, a Building Operation monitoring programme, a LCA plan, LCC plan and S-LCA plan per each demosite will be included.

Report about the creation and activities of the social innovation task forces for each demo. Analyisis of the most applicable social innovation activities to each demosite.

Definition of the Long-term perf. tests of the components of the RPs (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report with the methodology to secure the long-term performance of the components of the renovation packages. The application of this methodology is reported in D2.4.

Tech. diagnosis (SRI, energy performance, air quality) initial status (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report with the SRI initial level, current Energy performance and thermal confort and air quality status for the buildings of the four demosites. This will be the baseline (initial status) of the demosites.

Social Life Cycle Assessment Plan (S-LCA) for the 4 local contexts. (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)

Report with the Social Life Cycle Assessment, (S-LCA) plan. This plan will complement the evaluation programme with the activities to assess the social aspects of the renovation packages.
