Two Scoping Reviews

Report on systematic literature searches: one on the prevalence of sub-diagnostic mental health conditions and mental health challenges of dramatic change, and the other on mental health in vulnerable groups and relevant published interventions.

Depression-related self-help content in English and ready for localisation

Content for the MENTINA application, focused on depression and pre-depression, including psychoeducational materials, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based self-management elements adapted from the iFightDepression tool, as well as further self-management elements addressing distress and sub-diagnostic depressive symptoms.
