First intermediate report on the construction ecosystem portfolio

A first intermediate version of an attractive graphic brochure listing the identified clusters, networks, initiatives, projects and policy-makers to be shared with and used by other initiatives. (covers T2.2)

Management and coordination plan

A strategic document defining the management structure and operating procedures, as well as their implementation (including measures and indicators to track KPIs and milestones). The plan will also contain an identification and categorization of risks, with a proposal for specific mitigation and management measures and approaches. (covers T1.1, T1.3)

Pilot deployment strategy

A document detailing specific activities across a timeline for deployment of the use cases. It will also define the evaluation methodology to be used. (covers T3.1, T3.2)

Gender equality and ethics management plan

The document will enclose detailed strategies on how the project will ensure gender equality and proper ethics management in its activities. (covers T1.4)

Engagement strategy

A strategic action plan detailing the methodology to reach external stakeholders, timeline, actions to be taken and objectives to be achieved. (covers T2.1)

Training programme guidelines

A step by step, experience-based, document that describes how best to address trainings and workshop for the industry workforce and other key stakeholders. (covers T7.1)

Circ-Boost Exploitation, Dissemination and Communication Strategy

A plan to ensure strategic direction for exploitation, dissemination, and communication to contribute to expected outcomes/impact. (covers T8.1)
