A Territorial Construction System for a Circular Low-Carbon Built Environment

CORDIS provides links to public deliverables and publications of HORIZON projects.

Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Cluster-building action plan (opens in new window)

Development of the plan action to create the Circular Construction Clusters in Brussels and Barcelona. Clusters plan actions and activities. Registration in the Circular Cities & Regions Initiative (CCRI) (T7.3)

SI & Circular Construction (opens in new window)

Report about our approach to creating sustainable social innovations awareness in the local communities, evaluate the acceptance of the RECONSTRUCT solutions and circularity framework, and creation of a guide for future replication. (T6.1)

Definition of AI-based tools (opens in new window)

This deliverable defines the AI-based tools for preliminary data collection and validation. It provides a detailed framework for development and deployment, specifying the requirements and standards for designing the data sourcing modules, with a focus on the key specifications of the devices involved in the process. (T1.1)

Demo concepts & designs (opens in new window)

Report of the demos' description and definition of the design for deconstruction and reversible construction phases to enable recovery and replacement of components. This task also will deal with the list of administrative requirements and permits necessary for the construction of the pilots. (T4.1)

Impact monitoring plan (opens in new window)

The impact monitoring plan aims to carry out assessments of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Cost (LCC), Circularity Assessment, and the symbiosis potential of the building. It holistically examines synergies between building materials, components, and systems, identifying necessary digital tools and data at the building scale. This plan will guide activities in WP5, WP3, and WP4, with a specific focus on Digital Product Passports and Material Passports. The report will include an analysis of both short- and long-term impacts on buildings, components, and materials, structured according to Level(s) indicators. (T5.1)

Website (opens in new window)

An initial version of RECONSTRUCT's website.(T7.4)

Construction plan & BIMs (opens in new window)

Development of demo BIM models connected with RECONSTRUCT ecosystem. Validation of the workflow proposed on WP3. Digitalization of Designs and schedules(T4.2)
