Final plan for dissemination and communication strategy

This deliverable will be the final dissemination and communication plan, where we have defined the target audiences and give an update on the tools and strategies used and planned to be used to reach the target audiences. This deliverable will also update and finalize the list of key stakeholders to the PILATUS project, defining the specific engagement activities where the stakeholders will be involved.Related to task T8.1 + T8.2
