Cross-cutting analysis of innovation assets towards a socio-technical transition of the Nexus in AU (opens in new window)The deliverable analyses the perspective of a transition towards a sustainable WEF Nexus in Africa from the perspective of the theory of change. It identifies the relevant socio-technical systems, the possible leverage points and the key innovation assets that could support the transition. It is structured into an executive summary and expanded sections that are directed to the different kind of stakeholders (policy makers, private sector, civil society, academy and research).

It illustrates the frugal/open/accessible innovation portfolio (100+ items), which is resulting from the scouting activity through knowledge bases, catalogues, relevant projects, open innovation initiatives, both at the European and global level.
