Deliverables

Project website and social media platforms (opens in new window)

Task 7.2 A website will be set up as a central hub for all outreach activities, providing up-to-date information about the project’s aim and current status. An internal collaborative platform will be set up for project partners. Social media channels will be set up with a strong focus on LinkedIn (major network for professionals) and Twitter (targeting policymakers and media). Instagram and Facebook will address the general public. A bi-annual newsletter will inform stakeholders about the project progress. Electronic editions (to reduce carbon footprint) of factsheets and two brochures (electronic dissemination and a limited number of hard copies for selected events) will be prepared.

Media kit (opens in new window)

Task 7.3. Short videos will introduce the project concept and activities. A film-making workshop will allow researchers to record impactful short videos about their research. EFG will ensure the translation of subtitles to at least 10 EU languages to increase outreach. A video contest for consumers will address CO2 storage and the energy transition highlighting the importance of CEEGS for our everyday life and the different faces of green energy production in Europe. The EFG Panel of Experts on Education and selected industry board members will be part of the jury. A media kit for journalists and policymakers will convey key messages.

Promotional video (opens in new window)

Task 7.3. A promotional video will explain the project results

Factsheets and press releases (opens in new window)

Task 7.3 As part of communication management activities, EFG will provide a news feed for the website and social media channels, prepare press releases and media kits and publish and disseminate central documents (e.g. project deliverables). These documents will be available for download in PDF from the project website. The EFG will also track the impact of communication actions to assess their consistency and effectiveness.
