Construction Strategy Report

Report describing the selected constructive strategy to be followed for the construction of the Pilot Unit, including details on the construction planning and on the key constructive elements and means to be used. This report shall also cover the general description of the construction yard selected and potential upgrades which could be required so that it can effectively support the construction works.

Project Management Plan (1st update)

This is the first update of the Project Management Plan. It will include all potential changes with regard to communication procedures among partners issues as well as with the European Commission and the Advisory Board.It will include a revision of the Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) submitted in M3.It will also include a revision of the schedule per task, responsible partner related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.

Communication and Dissemination Plan (Initial version)

This is an essential document within the project since it will deal with the C&D strategy of the Consortium during and after the project. It will include planned actions to be implemented during the project as well as targeted audiences.

H&S report

This deliverable addresses Health and Safety well practices necessary to minimize all risks and hazards that are present during the installation of the offshore platform.

Project Management Plan

This document will include all relevant information regarding communication procedures among partners, to the European Commission and with the External Advisory Board. It will cover interface management practices as well as principles for quality assurance.Additionally, this deliverable will include a detailed Project Management Plan with a Gantt chart and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and a schedule per task including the responsible partner of related subtasks, related deliverables, and dependencies on other tasks.
