Deliverables

The theory of justice stemming from the current ecological challenges (opens in new window)

D2.1 will clarify the conceptual basis on which the other levels of EJ will be developed, capitalising on T2.1 results

The political framework of nature’s representation (opens in new window)

The deliverable will offer conclusions regarding the comparative study of the political discourse on nature’s representation.

Analysis of the current legal procedural techniques in EJ (opens in new window)

D3.2 will offer conclusions regarding the results of T3.2 and T3.3; it will be organised along three main chapters respectively devoted to: 1) the comparative study of the procedural law techniques on natures representation; 2) the conclusions regarding the influence of amicus curiae in court decisions; 3) the findings on how the expert reports can influence judicial decisions.

The theory of Law in relation to the EJ (opens in new window)

D2.2 will offer conceptual tools about the discussions on new perspectives of natural law based on ecological concerns, including a session devoted to discuss the project findings in relation to the inherent value of non-human nature

Human rights and ecological justice (opens in new window)

D2.3 will describe the research results with respect to the compatibility of the notion of human rights with that of EJ, thus defining the grounds for adjudicating the rights to non-human nature from the legal theory perspective.

Compendium on the theoretical standards of EJ (opens in new window)

D2.4 will summarise the theoretical standards of EJ, describing the most relevant conceptual results for promoting an effective EJ theory

Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

The DMP will describe for all relevant data sets: how they will be collected, processed or generated and how they will be shared and possibly made accessible, curated and preserved

Dissemination and communication package – RP1 (opens in new window)

The package will contain all dissemination products prepared during RP1: 1) all promotional materials developed; 2) snapshots describing main sections of the project website; 3) reference regarding social media used, and any radio and TV broadcasting; 4) text of all the press releases published and the press conferences organized and related press review; 5) agenda of the attended events external to the project and the presentations given; 6) agenda, presentations, and participants’ satisfaction questionnaires regarding project events organized in RP1; 7) references to all publications produced; 8) information on liaison activities; 9) report on the seminars organised with the students at school

Plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities (opens in new window)

The document will outline the project strategy for communication, dissemination and exploitation activities
