PQMP for communication, progress monitoring, quality assurance and risk management.

This deliverable is a report of the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP). It will be developed to ensure i) management of project-related documentation, ii) monitoring and quality control of project deliverables and milestones, iii) risk contingency management. The deliverable defines the project organization, procedures, roles and responsibilities related to the quality management that will be carried out, and describes how the project quality will be controlled. The document will be based on the terms and conditions established in the Grant Agreement as well as in the Consortium Agreement.
