Links to deliverables and publications from FP7 projects, as well as links to some specific result types such as dataset and software, are dynamically retrieved from OpenAIRE .

Deliverables

Dissemination and communication plan and periodic D&C progress reports (opens in new window)

It will include a detailed dissemination plan of, what to disseminate and to whom, which channels and methods to be used, and finally at what time. It will also include a method of updating the dissemination plan, as in 4 years the audiences may change and new dissemination channels may emerge. 2 periodic D&C progress reports will be created in M 12 and 24 for the consortium’s internal use. The updates will list the carried out as well as the upcoming dissemination activities in different channels. The results of the carried out activities and the expected results of the activities will also be listed. Any change in the dissemination and communication plan will be updated and documented in the report.

Baseline report on key technology features for support solutions (opens in new window)

This report will outline a baseline of industry best practices in technologies (i.e. IoT for tracing, tracking and condition monitoring, ML for decision making, image processing and AR for value recovery) implemented for industrial value recovery processes in general and their adaptability for industrial sectors targeted in DiCiM. In doing so, the report will also compile the existing knowledge and experience of the demonstrators and technology providers to understand the current state and outline the desired state for the technology implementation.

Legal requirement specifications report (opens in new window)

For the DiCiM developments, this report will compile the relevant legal issues and framework in the context of the European Union and at the national levels where the demonstrators will be operated.Since the project aims to bring forward several novel developments, the legal implication of such a new approach (developments) needs to be studied to take a proactive approach. The report will compile legal implications on open access data platform, collecting data from products (for condition monitoring and location tracing), harvesting components from the used products, access to the products (bring it back when the OEMs need it), sharing data across the value chain and making the data public (where the OEMs are not the primary owner of the data) etc.

Initial data management plan (opens in new window)

This report will outline the plan for setting up open access repository for data and publications in the project. DMP will include information on the handling of research data during & after the end of the project, what data will be collected, processed, and generated, which methodology & standards will be applied, whether data will be shared/made open access and how data will be curated & preserved (including after the end of the project). To follow open access commitment described in section 1.2.6, according to Plan S (initiative concerning scientific publications launched by Science Europe) and the FAIR principles (findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable) of open access publishing as the Commission requests.

Visual identity and website (opens in new window)

This deliverable is a project website for external communication accompanied by a report. The website is available online and fully operational. The report will describe the functionality of the website, logo, visual identity of the communication material and guidelines for the standard templates etc.
