Second Dissemination, Exploitation & Communication Plan (DECP) (opens in new window)Update of the dissemination & exploitation plan
Use case methodology and evaluation (opens in new window)Evaluation of the work methodology developed in the previous tasks, adjusted to the needs of the real mines. Development and examination of the protocol for theimplementation of monitoring systems and data acquisition, methodology of the information validation phase and correct functioning of the platform, including data acquisition and transmission, data management and analytics, response of the digital twins, decision support system and corrective measures.
Initial Dissemination, Exploitation & Communication Plan (DECP) (opens in new window)Description of IPR and knowledge management, exploitation and dissemination plans, dissemination activities carried out, events organised and/or attended, press releases, publications, promotional video clips, social media profiles.
Ethics Guidelines and Assessment (opens in new window)This report will list in detail all known ethical issues, and will provide guidelines on how to address them and mitigate potential ethical risks.
METAMINE - Digital twins and Mixed Reality (opens in new window)Description of METAMINE's executable Digital Twins (topological, autonomous machines, geotechnical)
Final METAMINE - Digital twins and Mixed Reality (opens in new window)Description of the mixed reality visualisation application to support the immersive experience of the mine digital transformation.
Digital transformation development plans (opens in new window)Digital transformation plans for each demonstration site, with an analysis of each use case including details on the existing situation, data availability, data acquisition hardware, existing sensors, connectivity, and other systems in place, specific needs for each use case, and deployment plan.
OURMINE - Community engagement & awareness report (opens in new window)Interim report describing the activities undertaken to establish the bridge between the mining industry and the surrounding ecosystem of stakeholders and general public, and their results
Preliminary Data Management Plan (DMP). The plan, in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, will include protocols for the management of personal data during the demonstrations to be conducted, will describe the entire data management cycle, which consists of data collection, storage, analysis, sharing and deletion.
Intermediate Data Management Plan (DMP) (opens in new window)Intermediate Data Management Plan (DMP) signaling the completion of data collection and analysis activities.
Implementation of blockchain technology to ensure traceability of the mining of raw materials. The Product Passport will be used to collect and expose the data based on state-of-the-art supply chain standards. The output of the Product Passport will be in a structured format json/ text.
