Report on the technological enablers that are envisioned to implement the CECCM. The document surveys the existing tools and technological enablers, such as Kubernetes, Openshift, LFEdge, Kubedge, and provides classification whether adapted to micro-service, cloud, edge, and far edge.

Initial report on mechanisms that enable green-oriented zero touch management of CECC resources, covering activities related to resource discovery and monitoring, AI/ML methods for resource management, LCM decisions, and networking programmability.
