Deliverables

Existing governance structures and gap analysis in the BANOS area dedicated to Mission objec-tives (opens in new window)

The analysis will aid in clarifying ambiguities and doubts through regarding the implementa-tion of a carbon neutral circular blue economy by examining the legal framework and regulatory gaps in the two regions. From this, it will be possible to derive what is needed from the gov-ernance side to contribute to the realization of the lighthouse area.

Citizen engagement/concerns in BANOS area in view of SBE (opens in new window)

Based on the data review and collection in Task 31 a schematic overview will be developed based ao on most common conflicts experienced in MSP stakeholder consultation processes within the BANOS region

KPIs for assessment of carbon-neutral, circular blue economy (opens in new window)

Utilise results from T5.1 to identify best practises, frameworks and approaches to formulate draft KPIs for a sustainable, carbon neutral and circular economy (those in use under the SBEP and other relevant initiates/actions). The draft KPIs will be discussed with the monitoring reference group andother relevant key stakeholders at the 1st Annual BMB stakeholder assembly. from the workshop will be used to further develop KPIs.

Draft Knowledge and Data Management Plan (opens in new window)

A dedicated KDMP will be developed and implemented to ensure that the project is fully in line with GDPR. The KDMP will outline how the consortium deals with the sourcing, processing, analysis and storage of data generated in the project, the standards, guidelines and methodologies it adopts, as well as how data is made available to whom; and how it will be preserved post-project. The KDMP will be discussed with the PMT and approved by all PPs. All project partners will ensure that the data they collect, produce, handle and store, aligns with the KDMP and will appoint a contact person responsible within their institution. The KDMP will include the definition of the data and publication policies taken up by the consortium and address IPRs. As far as possible, data will be made openly available with procedures presented in the KDMP, to be regularly updated throughout the project lifetime on an ad-hoc basis.

Methodologies to accelerate implementation of innovative solutions (opens in new window)

During the piloting cycles, replicable methods and models will be developed, tested and docu-mented for how to mobilize actors to accelerate the implementation of innovations for decarbon-ization and increased circularity in the blue economy. T4.3 will assess and disseminate the potential of these solutions to contribute to the achievement towards the Mission objectives (based on WP6 inputs) as well as barriers/needs for the solutions to be implemented on wide scale. This deliverable will be an Assessment of innovative solutions potential to contribute to the achievement towards the Mission objectives.
