Livrables
The PEDC (due M6+M36) will present the project’s online and offline communication activities and materials, along with target audiences, messages and foreseen impacts (incl. indicators). The list of dissemination material will document the realized activities and materials throughout the project.
Final Knowledge and Data Management plan (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)A dedicated KDMP will be developed and implemented to ensure that the project is fully in line with GDPR. The KDMP will outline how the consortium deals with the sourcing, processing, analysis and storage of data generated in the project, the standards, guidelines and methodologies it adopts, as well as how data is made available to whom; and how it will be preserved post-project. The KDMP will be discussed with the PMT and approved by all PPs. All project partners will ensure that the data they collect, produce, handle and store, aligns with the KDMP and will appoint a contact person responsible within their institution. The KDMP will include the definition of the data and publication policies taken up by the consortium and address IPRs. As far as possible, data will be made openly available with procedures presented in the KDMP, to be regularly updated throughout the project lifetime on an ad-hoc basis.
Existing governance structures and gap analysis in the BANOS area dedicated to Mission objec-tives (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)The analysis will aid in clarifying ambiguities and doubts through regarding the implementa-tion of a carbon neutral circular blue economy by examining the legal framework and regulatory gaps in the two regions. From this, it will be possible to derive what is needed from the gov-ernance side to contribute to the realization of the lighthouse area.

T4.3 will assess and disseminate the potential of these solutions to contribute to the achievement towards the Mission objectives (based on WP6 inputs) as well as barriers/needs for the solutions to be implemented on wide scale. This deliverable will be an Assessment of innovative solutions potential to contribute to the achievement towards the Mission objectives.
Report on workshops, incl. blueprints for solu-tions (s’ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre)Based on the information collected in T3.1, informed by local knowledge of project partners as well as WP2/4, a geographically balanced reference group will be established with representatives from citizen engagement organisations, industry and policy. Specific attention will be given to also include representatives for youth. In close cooperation with WP2/4 and underpinned by local information assembled under T3.3., co-creationworkshops will be organised with this reference group to determine possible gaps and barriers for mission uptake by citizens and definition of blueprints for feasible future support tools.

In order to explore synergies between smart specialisations, EUSBSR and the Mission we will analyse possibilities of interference in the strategies development process. Together with the GRG, we will work out possible optimal alignments of strategies with the Mission objectives.
A continuously updated central stakeholder database, where institutions and individuals are ‘tagged’ by relevance in view of Mission BANOS target groups, WPs and activities. To avoid duplication of efforts, the database will combine and enhance existing databases already created by PPs and/or other projects/studies.
