Deliverables

Interim report on project quality, data management, ethics, and gender equality plan implementation (opens in new window)

Interim report on project quality, data management, ethics, and gender equality plan implementation (VILNIUS TECH, R, CONFIDENTIAL, M18) will be co-produced in M18. The interim report will review the 18 months progress of the following plans: project management and handbook (D1.1), data management (D1.2), ethics monitoring (D1.3) and gender equality (D1.4) and provide the amendments and changes in all four plans if needed for the project months 19-36.

D1.1 Project Handbook, Management and Quality Plan (VILNIUS TECH, R, PU, M3): is produced in Task T1.1 and contains general operational information: reference to Horizon Europe rules, roles and responsibilities (e.g. description of the main consortium bodies); reporting processes, planning and protocols for communication within and outside the consortium; document templates for internal reports and deliverables; a quality management plan, a risks and issues management plan, GANTT table, the description of a monitoring and evaluation system; processes for the management of change requests as well as conflict resolution; the results chain including results, objectives and impact as well as indicating baselines in the scoping document.

Report on CLIMAS Advisory Board terms of reference and composition and engagement into communication and dissemination plan implementation (opens in new window)

D6.6 Report on CLIMAS Advisory Board terms of reference and composition and engagement into communication and dissemination plan implementation (DEEP BLUE, R, PU, M6) will provide the overview of scope, structure, operation, management and expected contribution of the Advisory Board; terms of reference prepared to serve as the basis for the activities of the advisory Board; a list of Advisory Board members and a plan of their engagement into the awareness raising, dissemination, other stakeholders’ engagement and exploitation of the project results as well as their contribution to the impact of the project following the results chain.

D2.3 Report presenting the current situation in EU regions and local communities regarding their capacity to engage with end-users (CAMBIAMO, R, PU, M12) will present the methodology including research design constructed of a survey and interviews, research instruments, research results and presentation of the current situation EU regions and local communities regarding the capacities to develop climate change policies, and to engage with end-users.

Methodological guidelines and manual for setting-up and facilitating Climate Assemblies. Initial version (opens in new window)

D3.2. Methodological guidelines and manual for setting-up and facilitating Climate Assemblies (DELIBERATIVA, R, PU, M12) will present the initial version of the methodological guidelines and will consist of the process of guidelines development design, two components of the guidelines: a guide to organize and generate the framing of climate assemblies and its development and a guide oriented to generate a facilitation methodology; material from the roundtables learnings from the testing and methodological guidelines and manual as a final deliverable.

Report on bottlenecks, barriers and drivers, reaching deliberation by solving value-based problems (opens in new window)

D2.2. Report on bottlenecks, barriers and drivers reaching deliberation by solving value-based problems (CAMBIAMO, R, PU, M12) will present the methodology including research design and instruments, material from the webinars with deliberation sessions, follow up session and identified bottlenecks, barriers and drivers for deliberation in dependence on the carious socio-cultural and environmental contexts

Report on set-up and facilitation of Climate Assemblies (opens in new window)

4.1. Report on set-up and facilitation of Climate Assemblies (DELIBERATIVA, R, PU, M16) is devoted to the results of the testing of D3.2 Methodological guidelines and manual for setting-up and facilitating Climate Assemblies and will consist of the testing methodology design, research participants including ethics and BDAR issues, testing process description and presentation of the testing results, conclusions and recommendations for further actions.

Tool on Citizen science application for Climate Assemblies. Initial version (opens in new window)

D3.3. Tool on Citizen science application for Climate Assemblies (EURECAT, R, PU, M30) will present the initial version of the tool and will consist of the process and methodology of the tool development, data from the participatory platforms and potential citizen science projects.

Gender equality plan (opens in new window)

D1.4 Gender equality plan (CAMBIAMO, OTHER, PU, M3): Gender equality plan will be released on M3. The consortium partner 2-CAMBIAMO involving all the partners will develop the gender equality plan following the requirements of HE Expert Group on Gendered Innovation.

Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (opens in new window)

D6.1 Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (DEEP BLUE, R, PU, M3) will present the strategy and actions plan with respect to communication, dissemination and exploitation as well as stakeholders’ engagement. The report will also include specific qualitative and quantitative targets to be met by the respective activities of the project and will be integrated with he results chain indicating results and impact.

Data management plan (opens in new window)

D1.2 Data management plan (VILNIUS TECH, DMP, PU, M3): A data management plan following the Horizon Europe guidelines will be first released on M3. It will address the relevant aspects of making data FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), including what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved.
