D1.1 Project Handbook, Management and Quality Plan (VILNIUS TECH, R, PU, M3): is produced in Task T1.1 and contains general operational information: reference to Horizon Europe rules, roles and responsibilities (e.g. description of the main consortium bodies); reporting processes, planning and protocols for communication within and outside the consortium; document templates for internal reports and deliverables; a quality management plan, a risks and issues management plan, GANTT table, the description of a monitoring and evaluation system; processes for the management of change requests as well as conflict resolution; the results chain including results, objectives and impact as well as indicating baselines in the scoping document.

Knowledge and evidence based support tool for Climate Assemblies’ agenda setting (TVS, R, PU, M30) will present the initial version of the tool and will consist of the methodology design, presentation of the connections to existing accessible data, introduction to the developed ontology aligned with the relevant standards, review of best practices for the selected climate change data, description of the developed methods and tools for processing and representing data as well as the support manual to the end-user with synthesized knowledge for Climate Assembly functioning.

D1.4 Gender equality plan (CAMBIAMO, OTHER, PU, M3): Gender equality plan will be released on M3. The consortium partner 2-CAMBIAMO involving all the partners will develop the gender equality plan following the requirements of HE Expert Group on Gendered Innovation.

Tool to enable Climate Assemblies outcomes on dynamic climate change adoption plan (TVS, R, PU, M24) will present the initial version of the tool and will consist of the process design, including the integration with the scenario toos to get information of scenarios and ranking (D3.4) and a support manual to end-users to develop monitoring of climate change adaptation plan, the description of the interactive tool and procedures how to use it.

D6.7 Report on CLIMAS Advisory Board engagement (DEEP BLUE, R, PU, M34) will provide the results of the AB engagement in the project based on the plan prepared on M6. The report will include the overview of their operation including minutes and their engagement into the awareness raising, dissemination, other stakeholders’ engagement and exploitation of the project results as well as their contribution to the impact of the project following the results chain and also changes if any.

D6.1 Communication, dissemination and exploitation plan (DEEP BLUE, R, PU, M3) will present the strategy and actions plan with respect to communication, dissemination and exploitation as well as stakeholders’ engagement. The report will also include specific qualitative and quantitative targets to be met by the respective activities of the project and will be integrated with he results chain indicating results and impact.

D6.4 Report on engagement campaigns (EIP, R, PU, M34) will consist of the schedule of the engagement campaigns with the targets set in the results chain, materials form the engagement campaigns including events, conferences, video, presentations, information packages, training sessions and others, identified and implemented possibilities for the integration of the outcome and impact of different projects. The report will also present the project achievements of engagement campaigns in comparison with the targets.

D1.2 Data management plan (VILNIUS TECH, DMP, PU, M3): A data management plan following the Horizon Europe guidelines will be first released on M3. It will address the relevant aspects of making data FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), including what data the project will generate, whether and how it will be made accessible for verification and re-use, and how it will be curated and preserved.
