Work Package 1 has two significant segments - 5 tasks and 9 demo sites. During the reporting period, WP1 activities focused on Task 1.3 (Demonstrator knowledge technology) and Task 1.4 (Pilot validation and knowledge transfer roadmap) and Task 1.5 (Replication and scale up strategy). These tasks represent a transition from preparatory analyses to operational technology deployment, pilot-level validation, and structured definition of transfer pathways, in line with the Description of Action. Tasks, 1.3-1.4-1.5 were concluded in RP2 with D1.3 and 1.4 Submitted.
Work Package 2 has four tasks out of which Tasks 2.3 & 2.4 were implemented and concluded in this RP2. D2.2 D2.3 and 2.4 are submitted. Task 2.5 is launched and ongoing, will be concluded by the end of the project. An Open Call was launched on 18 July 2024. We invited third parties to replicate DPS solutions. Ten applicants from EU and third countries were selected, each receiving €100,000 to implement their activities. Collaboration with DPSs began in 2025, preparing the 2026 execution phase of the Associated Pilot Sites (ASPs).
Work Package 3 has 3 task. In RP2 activities of T3.3 were initiated and partly implemented. Task 3.3 directly responds to the most critical review observation that elements related to exploitation, sustainable financing, and economic impact were missing or underdeveloped. During the reporting period, WP3 designed and deployed a Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to collect structured, comparable data from Demonstrator Pilot Sites and follower projects on value propositions, cost and revenue structures, financing mechanisms, governance risks, and scaling potential. D3.3 is due in M48 (RP3).
WP4 expanded stakeholder engagement and clustering with related initiatives, including Restore4Life, EcoDaLLi, Danube4All, EUROLakes and BlueMissionAA. In 2025, the EcoDalli task force was established to enhance synergies among Ocean Mission projects, with joint visibility continuing into 2026. In Work Package 4 has 4 tasks which were all initiated in RP. All activities were ongoing but no deliverables were due in RP2.
WP5 ensures continuous dissemination, exploitation planning and stakeholder outreach, targeting scientific, policy and business audiences. Outreach Activities has three tasks. All three tasks were initiated. T5.1 is still ongoing, will be concluded at the end of the project. T5.2 and 5.3 were concluded in M36 (end of this RP2). WP5 in this RP2 resulted in updated knowledge pull, a set of materials collecting experience from piloting on DALIA knowledge Hub which help new associated pilots and later will facilitate the future engagement activities (D.5.2) and in 3 stakeholder workshops (D.5.4 D5.5. and D5.6.).
Work Package 6 management and coordination has 3 tasks. All tasks were initited in RP1 and will be ongoing till the end of the project. WP6 successfully delivered project coordination, mandatory events and additional communication materials supporting partner needs: all the planned project Management meetings were organized, reports of the meetings (D6.9 D6.10 D6.11) are submitted.
