This deliverable will report on the outcomes of the international transferability activities of the ORBIS solution.
Technical and operational specifications and reference architecture (opens in new window)Presents the specifications for the technical components and describes the architecture from a conceptual and technical point of view
Public participation and policy-making in ORBIS (opens in new window)This output will plan and test the conduct of experimental participatory workshops to test the relationship between design thinking and (participatory) democracy. At the practice level, it will involve placing collective design at the forefront of policy-making, where it will test the former’s potential to create socially-driven mechanisms that will fulfill the intention of a given policy. This will happen through 2 policy road tables CEPS will organize to present and discuss results of the experimentations.
The ORBIS evaluation framework (opens in new window)This deliverable provides the details on the demonstrators evaluation guidelines and criteria that support the technical maintenance of each module.
ORBIS workshops and final conference (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on the activities carried out to organise the Obis workshops and final conference.
Research and innovation landscape, pilots definition and user requirements definition (opens in new window)The deliverable will conduct a thorough landscape and data analysis for each use case and thematic area and help inform the final requirements, and overall system’s architecture.
Report on the Orbis lessons learnt and exploitable assets (opens in new window)This deliverable will report on the activities carried out in T7.4 and T7.5.
The ORBIS deliberation scaling mechanism (opens in new window)It is a conceptual and operational model to scale in a synergic manner deliberation and inclusive practices. It will include pitfalls and suggestions to guide deliberation processes as well as small scale practices.
Initial version of the ORBIS argumentative deliberation framework (opens in new window)The initial version of the deliberation mapping and scaling framework including prototypes of the mechanisms developed in T4.1-T4.6
Final version of the ORBIS argumentative deliberation framework (opens in new window)The final version of the deliberation mapping and scaling framework integrated with the fully mechanisms developed in T4.1-T4.6
This report presents the initial layout of the Obis communication channels (brand, website, social media, newsletter) it is a living document that will be updated in coherence with the channels means implementation.
