DYNAMO high-pressure scenarios, use cases and process models

D1.3 includes reporting of high-pressure scenarios and use cases as well as service process models.

1st Data Management Plan (DMP)

DMP based on EC Template. Incorporates results from T9.3 and reports conformance with ethical principles and DP legislation. A framework is drawn up to cover both domains, covering issues such as consent forms, submissions to the respective ethics committee at each site etc..

1st Plan on communication, dissemination, and exploitation

The DECA, policy and branding for the consortium’s work will be developed. It includes: The development of a communication and dissemination strategy considering different audiences such as health and care provider organisations, scientific/academic, targeted companies and the general public. During M1-M5, the task develops a corporate and graphical identity for all communication material, including a website, file and graphical templates and a social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, ResearchGate. The DECA will be constantly updated.

Co-design and change management framework

The deliverable incorporates results from T1.1 and describes the approach to co-design and change management to guide further work in WP1 and throughout the project. It covers the structure and methodological guidance for the development of the use cases and service process models.

1st Report on dissemination & stakeholder networking

Incorporates results from T8.3 and reports on dedicated networking activities for Follower procurers to engage in tender design, potentially testing and future procurement as well as activities to reach policy stakeholders.

Award Notice

A copy of the contract award notice published in TED: to be submitted to the granting authority, at the latest 48 days after the award of contracts. Incorporates results from T3.1, T3.2.

Prior Information Notice

The PIN for the Open Market Consultation, to be submitted to the granting authority minimum 5 days before submission for publication to OJEU at the latest 50 days before the start of the first Open Market Consultation meeting. Incorporates results from T2.1.

Methods for prototype tests

Incorporates results from T7.2 and reports on framework & (time) planning for prototype tests for Phase II.

DYNAMO evaluation framework

Incorporates results from T7.3 and T7.4 and reports the evaluation framework developed for the trial evaluation in Phase III. The framework defines the overall study design, the goals and operational endpoints of the evaluation, participant recruitment, field work, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

1st DYNAMO Presentation and Guidance

Incorporates results from T8.4 and reports on guidance and an executive presentation developed for procurers on how to conduct a procurement to adopt the resulting solution. This will include all necessary requirements, estimated costs as well as benefits based on evidence collected during the project.

2nd Report on dissemination and stakeholder networking

Updated version of D8.4.

Tender Documents

The completed call for tender documents based on the Horizon Europe PCP/PPI model contract documents, including the contract notice, invitation to tender, procurement contracts. A draft will be made available at the latest 30 days before submission to the OJEU. Incorporates results from T1.5 and T2.3.

Updated version of D8.1.

Challenge Brief

Common specifications are developed in a complete, coherent, and compelling Challenge Brief. Incorporates results from T1.5.

Publishable summary - Phase I

Short publishable summary of Phase I for the public. Incorporates results from T4.1, T4.2.

Incorporates results from T7.1 and contains the scorecard and methodology used for evaluating the tenders.
