Report covering the use and maintenance of all data generated in this project. Output of Task 10.3
Definition of qualification needs, testing plan and test execution, for each of IPV product system technology, related with the most relevant PV and sector-related requirements, in order to define the compliance with TRL7 applicable levels relevant for demo needs. Prototype manufacturing needs for the implementation of the testing plan will be quantified. The deliverable is an outcome of Task 6.11 and Task 6.12.
Analysis of regulatory frameworks applicable to IPV systems (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Analysis of regulatory framework applicable to IPV systems, looking at the EU level as well as at national and regional regulations for FR, DE, IT, ES, BE and NL, providing a country fact-sheet for each. Output of Task 2.2
Progress on standardisation activities of IPV solutions (initial version) (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Analysis of quality criteria in each sector, taking into account the dual function and the essential characteristics of IPV multifunctional products in relation to EU standards for PV and sector-related product requirements. Identification of main missing gaps and prospected progresses on qualification criteria and procedures, in relation to Task 6.10.
Report on the design of each demo case (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The deliverable is related to Task 8.3 in performing the complete design of the IPV products to plan in advance the demonstration installations.3 subtasks for 3 different supports and integration 8.2.1 for architecture BIPV8.2.2 for infrastructure IIPV8.2.3 for vehicle VIPV
Project visual identity (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Guide detailing the projects visual identity It will describe the logo fonts colour palette and visuals Related to Task 91
Report on performance risks and identification of related gaps in current standardisation frameworks of IPV products (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)The report will analyse the current standardisation framework of IPV products, identifying the main missing gaps for the correct qualification of new multifunctional IPV products. The main focus will be on BIPV and VIPV sectors and a first approach will be taken with IIPV and AGRI sectors, which as of today lack of reference standardisation frameworks. The deliverable is an outcome of Task 6.10.
Definition of monitoring plans for outdoor activities (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Definition of monitoring plans, data acquisition methodologies and KPIs for the experimental building and outdoor testing facilities to demonstrate TRL6 of the project technologies as well as integration, installation and maintenance methodologies as an intermediate step towards real demonstration activities.
Monitoring guidelines and specific measurement & validation plan for each demo case (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will contain the complete specification of the monitoring strategy for all the demo site: Specification of the data to be measured, monitoring equipment selection, monitoring framework design, validation plan specification for each demo site. Deliverable related to Task 8.4.
IPV market analysis and identification of stakeholders’ needs (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)Detailed inventory and characterization of IPV market use cases, mapping of involved stakeholders in the value chain(s), as well as drivers and obstacles. Output of Task 2.1
The goal is to present a prototype of an integrated equipment dedicated to the fabrication of PV labels or pre-encapsulated PV cells string, with ECA-stringing and prelamination steps. These intermediate components are suitable for further integration for BIPV or VIPV applications. This demonstration is supported by specific Tasks T3.5 and T3.6.
Design of semi-automated manufacturing line for e-PIZ BIPV modules (se abrirá en una nueva ventana)This deliverable will contain the detailed specification, design and analysis of the new semi-automated production line as well as the description of modification required in the existing production line of PIZ for upgradation from manual ePIZ BIPV production process to semi-automated production process. This work is carried out in Task 3.8
