This deliverable will summarize intermediate findings on physical layer procedures for enabling highly efficient and reliable THz links supporting sensing and communication functionalities. Furthermore, estimation mechanisms that predict the evolution of THz channels will be discussed.

Design and characterization report of the THz circuits (opens in new window)

This deliverable will report on the design and on-wafer measurement results of the THz front-end circuits.

This deliverable will present the overall mid-project results and insights.
