Deliverables
Report to emphasize the knowhow and business possibilities being created based on the flexibility trading between pilots and marketplace. D4.3 also delivers a report description of software trading bot for pilot-marketplace communication and trading and an assessment of all possible privacy and cybersecurity issues and mechanisms in the marketplace and pilot ICT/cloud [T4.4].
Pilot site testing objectives (SW) (opens in new window)Detailed pilot site descriptions including testing objectives considering business cases, national and European regulations, pilot specific KPIs as well as replication strategies.
Review of applicable standards and recommendations for development (opens in new window)This will summarize applicable standards related to flexibility and formulate a synthesis a recommendation for practical design and implementation in WP2, WP3 and WP6
Toolset for replication road mapping (opens in new window)This document will describe the methodology proposed to establish flexibility roadmaps for replication sites. A first draft will be issued in M18 to serve as input to WP2 and WP3 replication work and be updated at the end of the project based on lessons learnt from the sites.
Catalogue of services, flexibility potential of appliances and business use cases (opens in new window)A simple and comprehensive catalogue of the flexibility potential for home appliances and other flexibility sources, tailor-made for specific consumer groups, together with potential products and services that can be provided in each case as well as the necessary interoperable hardware/software for providers and products. The catalogue works as an input for the design of catalogue on the marketplace in WP4.
Documentation of overall GLocalFlex marketplace technicities and communication specifications. (opens in new window)Software architecture of GLocalFlex marketplace & its communication protocol specification for the flexibility trading will be made public. This D4.1 will report the software development work carried out in T4.1, T4.2 & T4.3. TUDO will collect the info from VTT (T4.1 & T4.2) to make a combined report.
Report on the formation of the cluster of EU-funded projects (opens in new window)This deliverable will describe the GLocalFlex clustering activities performed between M1 and M36. It will describe cluster membership, events and other engagement activities performed to increase the overall impact of all cluster participants.
Building cluster/portfolio management utilizing on-site HVAC and RES energy flexibility - Czech Pilot (opens in new window)Detailed pilot site descriptions including testing objectives considering business cases, national and European regulations, pilot specific KPIs as well as replication strategies.
Strategy and plan for dissemination, exploitation, including communication activities (opens in new window)Contains the description of the activities included in the dissemination, communication and exploitation plan. It will be updated throughout the project and submitted in three deliverables. The final update comprises all communication and dissemination activities and their impact throughout the project, including final conference.
Innovative business models supported by innovative interoperable solutions enabled by connecting systems from different sectors (opens in new window)This deliverable will define new business models supported by innovative interoperable solutions to increase participation of energy consumers in demand side flexibility markets by reducing their entry barriers and transaction cost. This public deliverable will include as many input data and results as possible, but keeping the needed confidentiality for sensitive data, so that project participants can make use of these business models for their exploitation plans.
Pilot site testing objectives (NE) (opens in new window)Detailed pilot site descriptions including testing objectives considering business cases, national and European regulations, pilot specific KPIs as well as replication strategies.
This deliverable describes the set of actions conducted at WP2 to implement and demonstrate the flexibility market at energy communities in both, a rural and urban environment. Also, it will document services released and tested like an Energy Forecasting service, Optimizers to maximize flexibility capabilities, or the offered catalogue of flexibility. Finally, KPIs assessment will be compiled as conclusion of pilot results.
Practical deployment of smart contracts to enable grid services into a flexibility market - German Pilot (opens in new window)This deliverable includes the development of new grid services as well as the deployment and configuration of hardware and software tools in order to execute the pilot operability verification tests. An intermediate report backed by data in M36 will summarize the findings of the grid services in the proposed flexibility market structure which is updated in M48 after moving to the replication part for the remaining project time.
Flexibility management of electric vehicles and white goods in residential energy community context (opens in new window)This deliverable describes the evaluation of the KPIs of the Swiss pilot site. It will also report on the upgrade of an energy-community level predictive EMS that aims to optimize price and CO2 objectives with new capacities to forecast and commit available flexibilities from shared and private assets within an energy community, namely shared and private electric vehicles, as well as white goods. It will analyze the available flexibility potential and report on the experience gained in engaging participants to advertise their flexibility in response to financial incentives supported by a micro-payment service backed by the GLocalFlex platform.
This deliverable comprises preliminary plan and two iterations. These iterations will be reported for the periodic reports of the project for M18 and M36. It describes all ethics compliance activities and EthAB meetings results for the period under review.
