Deliverables

Decision-Making Framework. Interim report. (opens in new window)

Design and validation of the decision-making framework including the umbrella document and the user interface in the knowledge hub. This deliverable is the first draft of a flexible step-by-step guide, forming an umbrella for tools developed throughout EOLO-Hubs: i) To articulate the circular economy options/map bestpractices (WP1, WP2); ii) To assess the quality of a component/material (WP2, WP4), sustainability costs and benefits (WP2), policy and regulation (T3.2), commercial viability (T3.3&T3.4); iii) To engage relevant stakeholders in structured decision-making processes adapted to regional contexts (WP1). The decision making framework aims to support the place-based maximising of social, environmental and economic benefits from turbine blade end of use management within the context of specific regions. D3.1 will offer design briefs for the related deliverables in the listed WPs and results from a first trial case study for the development of the decision-making framework.
