Deliverables
Outcome of Task 4.1, this report describes the technical aspects, the governance model, an analysis of the stakeholders, the opportunities and the solutions for each PCED of the MCs. It serves as a starting point for each MC and for the identification of capacity building needs.
Operational funding and financial mechanisms supporting Solution Packages (opens in new window)As result of the Task 5.3, the deliverable will summarize customized and applicable funding schemes for the deployment and the replication of Solution Pakages. It will also create a link between the funding schemes and the business-and-public models. Indicator of success: inclusion of supportive tools helping cities to use innovative funding and to settle local financing schemes applicable along the SPs. First delivery at M24, second updated version at M36.
State-of-the-art assessment of the six Solution Packages (opens in new window)State-of-the-art assessment of the six Solution Packages in Task 5.2, evaluated from 5 standpoints: 1) technological; 2) business model; 3) funding mechanisms; 4) procurement procedures, including PPPs and SPV; 5) Governance models and policies
Five PCED books monitoring the advancement (opens in new window)Five PCED books monitoring the advancement (1 per city). Fist delivery at M12 as a deliverable. The PCED books will be updated every 6 months as internal reports (Task 4.3).
Monitoring and Evaluation Report & KPIs definition (opens in new window)Monitoring and Evaluation Report & KPIs definition - outcome of Task 6.1.it aims at establishing an integrated monitoring and evaluation methodology, defining a comprehensive set of KPIs and related evaluation metrics and formula to be applied to calculate the KPIs based on the cleaned gathered data.
Manual for the Standardised KPI Engine (opens in new window)Manual for the Standardised KPI Engine - outcome of Task 6.2It aims at specifying and setting up the KPI engine covering the ICT infrastructure needed for a standardised and automated communication with the urban data platforms (in LHCs and MCs) acting as focal points for monitoring data. It describes also the processing of the collected data (including quality assurance), data cleansing, visualisation and preparation for the KPIs calculation. The visualisation scheme is provided to support KPI visualisation and impact assessment of project solutions and the cross comparison of KPIs among the LHCs/MCs.
