A Medium blog article series of 4 articles covering topics around green, digital and social transitions for SMCs.

Project Newsletters (opens in new window)

Newsletters will be published and disseminated to the SMCNetZero network once every three months to engage with and keep various actors connected to the project informed. All Digital Forum and Satellite Networks Group participants will automatically be identified to receive the newsletter, with other actors openly invited both directly and via the project website to subscribe.

A podcast series of 6 episodes with interviews investigating solutions to challenges regarding the green and digital transition of SMCs.

Decarbonisation Toolkit of 5 tools (opens in new window)

A collection of at least 5 digitalised tools – 4 identified from existing projects and the new Funding Finder tool – available within the Digital Forum.

SMCNetZero Digital Forum (opens in new window)

An online space housed within the existing BABLE Smart Cities platform to facilitate interaction and collaboration between various innovation ecosystem actors in SMCs aiming to address challenges bridge gaps and inspire new solutions

Catalogue of 50 SMC innovation ecosystem best practices (Use Cases) and Solutions toward decarbonisation (opens in new window)

A catalogue embedded within the Digital Forum to provide rich information on best practices implemented by SMCs showcasing reallife implementation stories from SMCs and SMEs and a guide embedded within the Digital Forum focused on the topic of Mobility Islands and providing a componentbased inventory of suppliers incl SMEs that can offer various features of the solution for buyers

Matchmaking and Innovation Activities Overview (opens in new window)

A short report for each of the matchmaking tracks will be made including the challenge descriptions participants and the outcome of 3 innovation workshops

Capacity Building Activity Report (opens in new window)

A report that summarises the different capacity building activities.

Market Analysis Report (opens in new window)

A report including the results of the market analysis A document detailing the guidelines will be created in M1 to be followed by all the participants to address the market analysis in their respective regions

Action Launchpad Report (opens in new window)

A report focusing on the practice and learning of action taken for Mis, serving as a blueprint for other application to other potential topics. Will include the theory of how activities and action will be coordinated looking across all WPs (including, e.g. market consultation materials and review of all activities) specific to MIs and second focusing on the practice and learning of what was done and blueprint for other potential topics.

Catalogue of experience and best practices for matchmaking and collaboration activities at the organisational level (opens in new window)

Based on knowledge sharing between the consortium partners, a catalogue describing best practices and ideas on innovation and collaboration building within and cross-border ecosystems will be created.

Mobility Island Proof Point (opens in new window)

A specific capture of the accomplishments of the network of cities in connection to MIs – including benefits and learning points for all parties.

4 Innovation Capacity Building trainings hosted (opens in new window)

A series of hybrid Smart City training events for SMCs. Confirmation letters provided to participants for attending the training.
