Study initiation package

Study protocol will be approved by the Internal review Board (IRB) of the Institite of Tropical Medicine, the Antwerp University Hospital Ethics Committee (UZA) and the University of Kinshasa Ethics Committee (UNIKIN) in DRC. Once approved the clinical study will be registered in the ClinicalTrials. gov registry (meeting WHO registry criteria).

Study drug safety monitoring

As mentioned in the Ethics summary report, an ethics check may be carried out at M23 to monitor the project’s progress on the safety of the drug in during the trial.
