Maturity model and maturity web tool

The deliverable concludes and documents the development and implementation of the CCI MM, as well as the collection and assessment functionalities of the web tool. It will also describe the method, rationale of the build, and evaluation process that lies behind the CCI-Maturity Model.

Definition of criteria and QI for CCI

WP2 will develop features/criteria and quality indicators (QI) which will define the framework for the structures and processes that should be implemented in CCIs. The features/criteria and quality indicators will be used to ensure sufficient flexibility in assessing the various CCI structures and, at the same time, allow a measurable comparison of the CCIs. The detailed features including Quality Indicators will be defined and agreed upon with all members of WP2.

CB Foundation programme designed

Following the spirit of continuous improvement, every MS will be offered a Foundation CB program, which will include trainings for researchers in particular subjects of the 7 central themes like: talent attraction, designing of early and academic clinical trials, optimization of relationships with patient advocates, gender question in research or successful practices of excellence. The Foundation CB programme deliverable will include the actual list of topics with their objectives and the suggested most appropriate approach to achieve these objectives ( webinars, checklists, etc) as well as the proposed expert profile to prepare the materials.

This deliverable will include an overview of the project website and its technical features.

Use of the digital learning infrastructure

The digital learning platform and its integrated infrastructure will allow the delivery of online educational materials and learning depositories that will integrate the in-person training sessions. A dedicated section of the www.e-ESO.net website will be created.

Strategic framework, stakeholders mapping and analysis, operational plan for communication and dissemination activities.
