Innovation management plan (opens in new window)Presenting the project plan for dealing with innovation and define the methodology to ensure the outcome of the project meets the need of the market and the end users (Linked to T1.2)
The ELABORATOR co-creation playbook (opens in new window)This report will outline practical guidelines to implement co-creation methodology in all ELABORATOR cities and will define the engagement strategy and propose all potential participatory methods available (Linked to T2.2).
Data domain protocol for transport research (opens in new window)This report will design a model DMP template that is re-usable and address key policies, standards, methods and tools needed to FAIRify and publish data in Open Access (Linked to T1.3)
Evaluation plan (opens in new window)This deliverable will report the methodology to be followed and the KPIs to be used initially in the need-gap analysis of T3.1 as well as in the actual evaluation and assessments of WP7. The proposed KPIs will be aligned with the SUMIs and focus on assessing environmental, social and safety (Linked to T2.2)
Technical definitions of the Lighthouse cities interventions – version I (opens in new window)This deliverable will be the document reporting the initial definition of interventions containing actions and plans used to implement each of the local interventions, together with the datasets definitions (Linked to T3.3)
Enforcer twinning: Guidelines and templates towards the cross-case co-creation process (opens in new window)This report will entail the format of cross-site cooperation needed within the enforcer and beyond to efficiently port interventions co-created in terms of design by Lighthouse and Follower cities (Linked to T3.2)
Dissemination and communication strategy, plan and tools – version I (opens in new window)This report will define the overall strategy and plan for communication and dissemination and tools to be used for promoting ELABORATOR. Also the dissemination and outreach KPIs will be finalized (Linked to T8.1)
Feasibility and action plans for the ELABORATOR interventions – version I (opens in new window)This deliverable will report the local initial activities of the LLs cataloguing actors and their expectations from the interventions, together with any past actions relevant, data collected, and lessons learned (Linked to T3.1)
Mobility intervention data framework (opens in new window)This report will serve as a guiding principle for recording, storing, indexing, querying, and distributing of relevant data (Linked to T4.1)
Inclusion plan (opens in new window)Will report the specific framework (tools, guidelines, etc.) to be followed throughout the project in order to guarantee inclusivity. This includes the inclusivity plan and the inclusivity indicators to be used throughout the whole project (Linked to T2.1).
Quality management plan (opens in new window)This Report will provide a single point of reference for the quality management processes implemented during the project. It sets the basis for high-quality project outcomes and primarily applies to deliverable management, reporting and dissemination activities. It also describes the project organisation, roles and responsibilities related to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities. QA comprises managerial actions aiming at high-quality output, whereas QC is used to verify the quality of the output (Linked to T1.4).
Feasibility and action plans for the ELABORATOR interventions – version II (opens in new window)This deliverable will report the final local activities of the LLs cataloguing actors and their final expectations from the interventions (Linked to T3.1)
Will provide an updated DMP at the end of reporting period 1 (M01-M18) (Linked to T1.3)
Data management plan – version I (opens in new window)will provide a 1st version DMP with a complete set of guidelines, including the description of the data and data management tools for accessing and using the data for research purposes (Linked to T1.3)
This deliverable will define the branding of ELABORATOR including the office templates, logos etc. to be used for the dissemination purposed of the project (Linked to T8.1)
This Deiliverable will report the specification, characteristics and ways of usage of the Diagnostic Mobility Labkit, the Mobility Citizen Science Kit and the Mobility co-design videogame (Linked to T2.4)
