Plan for the quality review and evaluation of deliverables, risk predication and mitigation measures in AMIGOSThe plan will consist of a quality management section with detailed measures to ensure the effective achievement of the pre-set objectives of the project, as well as related deliverables and milestones. The risk management section’s role will be to update the pre-identified expected risks in Part 2.2. of the proposal, as well as outline procedures and provide measures for assessing, mitigating and monitoring risks. In close collaboration with WP leads, the coordinator will update the Quality and Risk Management plan every 6 months until project closure.

Communication, dissemination, exploitation plan

"Plan to reach the targeted audiences and to ensure the wide dissemination and exploitation of the results.The plan will encompass dedicated objectives and actions for both the project’s communication as well as dissemination incl. key messages, audiences, products and channels, timing and responsibilities, and will encourage networking with the Cities Mission platform and the other projects of the cluster ""Inclusive, safe, and sustainable transportation"".The CDE plan will be a dynamic document, with revisions in months 18, and 36. Its final version will be published in M48, when the CDE plan will be turned into an exploitation strategy building on the work of partner TREE in T6.3. It will comprise common and individual exploitation strategies for all partners."
Data Management, Ethics and Security Plan (DMP)

Plan to ensure proper data management, ethics and security in the AMIGOS projectThe plan will detail the project’s data management policy on privacy, data collection, storage and protection in line with EU law. Part of the plan is the report of the project's Ethics committee.The committee must be consulted on the following points: human participation, personal data protection issues, health and safety.
