The MSCA project “PhytoBactoEVs” was focused on the vesiculation process of plant-associated bacteria. No valuable data were obtained due to the early termination.
The project's first aim was to measure the growth curve of selected plant-associated bacteria (Pseudomonas syringae and Pseudomonas fluorescence) in our growing conditions. From bacterial culture, we planned to isolate extracellular vesicles (EVs). Any achievements were not completed due to the early termination.
No valuable results were obtained due to the early termination.
