Communication platforms, info exchange, monthly meetings organisation and execution, three General assembly meetings, project launch event & presentation to the broader audience (visibility), connections with relevant stakeholders, pre-financing distribution, deliverables monitoring & submission, communication with CHJU.
>> Tasks: 1.1 – 1.4 are being performed throughout the full project lifetime.

WP2_Business models
>>What was developed/ modelled/ implemented:
Completed Tailored business models that cover key products & services, technical specifications & other parameters for electrolyser, storage & HRS, CAPEX, OPEX, electricity procurement, etc.
>> Tasks: 2.1 was completed; 2.2 & 2.3 are at the final review stage for the corresponding deliverables; 2.4 2.5 & 2.6 are in progress.
>> Deliverables submitted: D2.1 Tailored business models for hydrogen applications & governance for operation [SEN]; D2.2 Extended feasibility study & 2.3 Business model for mobility are on the final revision stage and both will be submitted by mid-June 2025
WP3_Planning & Design of infrastructure
>>What was developed/ modelled:
Detailed technical design and safety plan are under the development currently.
>> Tasks: 3.1 – 3.3 are commenced.
WP6_Impact assessment/ Public acceptance
>>What was developed/ established/ implemented:
Stakeholders analysis is being finalised, the results are available for the consortium members, and are being prepared to be presented to a wider audience. Social assessment and perception analysis to improve acceptance of H2 tech – National survey available on 4 languages, - was separately distributed via a sample of 1500 Luxembourgish residents of different profiles, and via the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to collect additional information on the H2 perception in Luxembourg. The answers are being collected.
>> Tasks: 6.1 – 6.2 are being performed.
WP7_Digital tool for optimisation, upscaling and replication
>>What was developed/ established/ implemented:
As the main work on this WP is scheduled to the later months, only a few preliminary steps are being conducted to set up the proper conditions for starting the WP on M33.
WP8_Communication, dissemination, exploitation
>>What was developed/ established/ implemented:
Project identity (logo, templates, signature colors, etc.), poster, website, communication & dissemination strategy (suggested conferences & journals, schedule, convenient tracking of all the activities), visibility on social media, identification of ER workshop for the consortium, identification of ER and exploitation strategy.
>> Tasks: 8.1 - 8.3 and 8.5 are being performed.
>> Deliverables submitted: D8.1 Project identity and communication [PUB]; D8.2 Communication & dissemination WP8 plan [PUB]; D8.3 Identification, assessment and management of exploitable results.
Other WPs are scheduled to be started in the later months.
