Annual data reporting for the Clean Hydrogen JU 2

For the purpose of monitoring technology progress against state-of-art, but also to identify how each of the projects contributes to the Clean Hydrogen JU targets, objectives and indicators described in the SRIA, supported projects shall report directly or indirectly on an annual basis (e.g via a secure online data collection platform) managed by the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking throughout the duration of Horizon Europe.The projects will need to submit all information included the questionnaire(s), unless they request and receive an exception from the Programme Office. The information is submitted by default as public, but the projects can request for certain fields to be considered as “confidential” except for the fields that constitute or directly inform KPIs of the Clean Hydrogen JU.’

Design of the Hydrogen Valley

Report on the final design concept of Hydrogen Valley

First periodic project report on progress, use of resources and financial statement, dissemination and exploitation of results

Definition of the scenarios of Hydrogen Valley

Report on the definition of the reference scenario of CRAVE-H2 and of complimentary/alternative end use scenarios. The definition will include potential end use applications and renewable energy assets availability

Communication and dissemination master plan (CDMP)

First version of the communication, dissemination and Exploitation plan. The Clean Hydrogen JU may require the submission of an updated Dissemination, Exploitation Communication Plan on an annual basis.

Stakeholder engagement plan (SEP)

Report describing the stakeholders and experts involved into the project, the methods for engaging and explaining the achievements and relevant actions. This report will include activities of clustering and liaison with other EU initiatives.
