Deliverables

Preliminary innovation potential landscape scenario (opens in new window)

Preliminary/prospective version of the report identifying potential areas of innovation and development, outlining potential challenges and opportunities (progressive SWOT) within the strict scopes of the DEMOS. Relation with surrounding regions, other comparable experiences and knowledge and sibling sites will be attained as well.

Ethics management plan (opens in new window)

Document outlining how ethical considerations will be addressed throughout the project, including informed consent, data privacy, and confidentiality for general and specific purposes. Also, definition of ethical principles and guidelines to be followed in conducting experiments, collecting data, and reporting results. It helps to ensure that research is conducted in a manner that respects the rights and welfare of participants, promotes scientific integrity and helps organizations to operate in a socially responsible and ethical manner, promoting accountability, transparency, and fair practices.

Communication campaign for associated regions (opens in new window)

Report containing evidence of the activities conducted for a strong communication and advertising campaign towards engagement of associated regions in the call for proposals. Hints on the planning of subsequent campaigns to engage additional Associated Regions in the Community of Practices.

Data management service (opens in new window)

Platform module providing the relevant range of services to develop in the project and DEMOS for managing, analyzing, computing and/or visualizing of data sets.

On-line centralised repository for data and service (opens in new window)

Platform for storage and providing access to data and services (incl. digital services), allowing for easy sharing and collaborative activities in the growing network of users (internal and external).
