Plan for education, engagement and awareness activities

The report identifies a series of activities for supporting education, citizen engagement and awareness raising. It lists priorities as well as how best to connect these activities to the activites and milestones of the other WPs. (Task 5.3)

A stock taking report

Report presenting the results of the stock taking exercise on the current state of play of blue education in Europe(Task 2.1)

A plan on establishing synergies and collaboration

A report presenting opportunities for synergies and collaboration with key initiatives and networks, and proposing a road map (series of actions or criteria for identifying priority actions) that will be implemented during the duration of the project(Task 5.2)

The BlueLightS exploitation plan - V1

V1 of a report presenting the strategic, political and financing opportunities that need to be seized for bringing the project results forward, including guidance for delivering exploitation within different communities and for different products/outcomes.(Task 5.5)

The project's Data management Plan - V1

The report presents the Data Management Plan proposed for the project, with an overview of data sets used and generated, IPR associated with data sets, dataflow between WPs, procedures to make data publicly available through data repositories … The data management plan will be implemented and regularly updated during the project’s lifetime. All data will ne handled in accordance with regulation EU 2016/679 (applied to project participants from non-EU countries) on the processing of personal data.(Task 6.1)

Disssemination and communication strategy

The document presents the dissemination and communication developed for supporting BlueLightS and ensuring visibility of the project's activities and results.(Task 5.1)

The project Ethical Charter

the document presents the ethical management charter that has been co-develped with all partners and agreed, as well as approaches that ensure its sound applications and mechanisms proposed for monitoring its application.(Task 6.1)

Plans of events, exhibitions and conferences

The report presents diffrent opportunities and priorities for organising events, exhibitions and conferences that will raise visibility and ensure the sharing of project results to different communities. It identiies events that are expected to deliver high visibility and engagement, as well as opportunities for co-organising events with parallel projects and initiatives that will bring visibility to BlueLiths in diverse communities. (Task 5.4)

A report presenting proposed experimentation in selected countries

The report presents the activities proposed in selected countries for experimenting the framework developed under WP2, accounting for the level of blue education maturity in each individual country. Countries proposing similar experimentation are identified, and possible mechanisms for establishing synergies between them proposed. (Task 3.1)

A report presenting the framework for strengthening blue education

The report will present the framework that is proposed for strengthening blue education under different cultural and educational contexts and that has emerged from the collective co-building process proposed under WP2.(Task 2.2à

Quality management plan

The report presents the internal procedures for communication, progress monitoring and quality assurance as well as the main (technical, financial and administrative) risks, the setting up of risk management procedures and of proposed contingency plan identified at the start of the project.
